Lenten Menu at the Karamzin Restaurant

23 February 2026

The Karamzin Restaurant introduces a special Lenten menu — light, well-balanced, and rich in flavor. Thoughtfully created by the culinary team, each dish preserves depth, elegance, and refined presentation while honoring the traditions of Lent.

The menu features a vibrant salad with eggplant and tofu, dressed with balsamic sauce and sesame teriyaki; an aromatic mushroom solyanka with fresh herbs; and cauliflower carpaccio seasoned with spices, radish, and green oil.

Among the main courses, guests can enjoy tagliatelle with vegetables in tomato sauce and basil, buckwheat with mushrooms, and fried potatoes with champignons and oyster mushrooms — comforting, familiar combinations elevated through quality ingredients and careful attention to detail.

To finish, a delicate coconut panna cotta with chia seeds, mango purée, and fresh mint offers a light and refreshing finale.

The Lenten menu at the Karamzin Restaurant is a harmony of tradition and taste — an opportunity to observe Lent while embracing the pleasure of thoughtful, refined cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
